  My husband and I have used Gorsuch before and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The prices are kind of high but the service is excellent. The last gentlemen that came to our house left a very memorable impression. His name was Brent. Brent went out of his way to ask what we wanted/needed done and took his time to accommodate us. The best thing about Brent was that he listened to us and worked the whole time with a beautiful smile. We had the best time talking his ear off while he just worked away. I don't know how he did it! And such an intelligent young man he is. We've had no problems since then. He left us with a sense that there are still genuinely good people left in the world that care. Thanks Gorsuch for having the creme de la creme for your employees. Keep up the great work!

  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER. Unless you like paying a premium for the work, taking forever to get the job done, and receiving substandard customer service. Gorsuch was the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. I signed a contract with them to replace gas pipes under a 21-unit building and to install new meters. The job was supposed to take two weeks and instead, it took four months. The tenants had no gas for cooking or heating while Gorsuch took their sweet old time. They had the worse communication and follow thorough I have ever experienced especially on a $35K job. They added complexity and confusion to this job. I would never recommend them for any size job. Please call another plumbing. You will save time, money and your sanity!
