  I ordered a 10inch birthday cake that was basketball themed, and there were so many problems about symbols & etc. Then when I look at the cake, the customer service did not inform me where they were placing the names on the jerseys, and simply took it upon themselves to make alterations after I made a FULL payment on a SPECIFIC design. Also, the chocolate cake and it's decorations at their best, was simply average. With a bakery with such a major reputation, this was a serious disappointment. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.
